Mix one part Decongestive Mask powder base with approximately 2 parts Decongestive Toner. Without wetting or washing the hair, make partitions on the scalp and distribute a small amount until the entire surface is covered. Work around the edges of the scalp. Maximum exposure time: 7-10 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water and wash with Moisturising Shampoo.
